Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

When a customer places an order on one of your products, you are notified by email of the order. You must then process it within 3 working days. You can easily manage your orders (accept or refuse an order, manage refunds, confirm the shipment of products, process requests and complaints from customers …) via the “subscription” tab of your account manager,

All your invoices are available individually or in bulk on your space in the “Invoices” section. If you unsubscribe to the service, you have a period of one month to download all the invoices issued.

When purchasing it can take a few minutes for your transaction to be processed by our payment platform and for your upscales to be credited to your account. If after 10 minutes your upscales have still not been credited to your account, please do reach out to our support where we will be happy to assist you.
